While you're enjoying life, we visit monthly to perform routine home checks and preventative home maintenance. We carefully document the condition of your home and maintain a detailed history of its major systems and components.

  • A few of the items we'll check each visit:

    • HVAC, Water Heater, and Appliances

    • Plumbing fixtures

    • Smoke/CO alarms

    • Electrical fixtures, outlets, and GFCI’s

    • Doors, locks, windows, and garage doors

    • Roof, gutters, siding and trim

    • Seals and caulking

    • Signs of pest or moisture intrusion

    • Seasonal system checks

Your dedicated home maintenance manager handles honey do chores based on your membership.

Some tasks are routine each month, others are triggered by your calendar, or your direction.

    • Hang pictures

    • Change light bulbs

    • Move furniture

    • Grill cleaning

    • Window washing

    • Seasonal home prep

    • Baby and puppy proofing

Additional Services

Additional repairs are often covered by your included service hours, or we'll quote separately when extra time, materials, or a specialist is needed.

If you don't have a preferred specialist, we'll connect you with and manage vetted, professional third-party experts.

  • Your Home Maintenance Manager can also perform or coordinate:

    • Heating and cooling/ HVAC contracting

    • Duct cleaning

    • Lawn, landscaping, and snow removal coordination

    • Holiday decorations planning

    • Whole home deep cleaning

    • Replace fixtures (lights and plumbing)

    • Audio/ Video installation

    • Minor patch and painting

    • Remodeling

*Some of the above could be handled during the hour of honey-do help.
