We visit your home monthly to perform inspections and maintenance.

We catalog and record the status of your entire home. This includes, but is not limited to, your HVAC, appliances, windows, electrical, plumbing, and roofing.

  • A few of the items we'll check each visit:

    • HVAC filters, water heater, and garage door inspected

    • Plumbing checked for leaks; seals and caulking inspected

    • Electrical outlets, GFCIs, and safety devices tested

    • Doors, locks, and windows checked for proper operation

    • Signs of pest or moisture intrusion noted

    • Roof, gutters, and drainage cleared and inspected

    • Doors, siding, trim, and foundation checked for wear or damage

    • Outdoor plumbing and irrigation checked

    • Seasonal system checks

Monthly Home Inspections

Your dedicated home maintenance manager will help with honey-do chores based on your membership.

This includes things like replacing air filters, changing light bulbs, maintaining smoke alarms, and other odd jobs around your home.

Some monthly items will be routine, others will be triggered by your calendar, as well as various chores at your direction.

  • Some of the honey-do chores your Home Maintenance Manager can help with:

    • Hang pictures

    • Change light bulbs

    • Maintain smoke alarms

    • Move furniture

    • Grill cleaning

    • Window washing

    • Seasonal home prep

    • Baby and puppy proofing

We can often complete additional repairs using your included service hours, or provide a separate quote when extra time, materials, or a licensed specialist is needed

If you don’t already have a preferred specialist, we’ll connect you with and manage vetted third-party experts. These experts will do the requested work with the utmost professionalism.

  • Your Home Maintenance Manager can also perform or coordinate:

    • Heating and cooling HVAC contracting

    • Duct cleaning

    • Lawn, landscaping, and snow removal coordination

    • Holiday decorations

    • Whole home deep cleaning

    • Replace fixtures (lights and plumbing)
