Our most complete home maintenance membership

Includes everything in Preferred plus:

  • Double the included handyman service of the Preferred membership.

  • Lark can perform checks on the home while members are traveling or away for an extended period.

    • Checks may include:

      • Visible water leaks

      • HVAC operation

      • Freezing concerns

      • Visible storm damage

      • Power outages

      • Doors and windows

      • Other visible concerns

    • Contractor access can also be coordinated when appropriate.

  • Once a year, Lark conducts a comprehensive review of the home's condition, upcoming maintenance, aging equipment, and anticipated larger projects.

  • Lark creates a forward-looking maintenance plan to help homeowners anticipate repairs, replacements, and larger expenses before they become surprises.

    • Examples:

      • Next 12 months: Water heater service, exterior caulking, gutter cleaning

      • 1–3 years: Water heater replacement, exterior painting

      • 3–5 years: Roofing, HVAC, and other major systems

  • Additional indoor and outdoor seasonal support beyond routine seasonal maintenance.

    • Examples may include:

      • Outdoor furniture setup and storage assistance

      • Hose connection and winterization assistance

      • Exterior visual checks

      • Storm preparation

      • Grill setup

      • Holiday-related home preparation

      • Other seasonal home needs

  • Lark helps identify trusted professionals, coordinate scheduling, communicate relevant home and equipment information, and follow up on scheduled work.

    • On-site contractor attendance, extended waiting time, and project oversight are available for an additional fee.

  • Premium members receive priority when scheduling Lark service and maintenance visits.

Initial Home Assessment

  • Our relationship begins with a comprehensive assessment to get to know your home and establish its maintenance needs. We’ll review key areas, systems, and components throughout the home, including windows, appliances, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, document important information, and identify visible maintenance items that may need attention. We’ll use this information to build your personalized home maintenance plan.
