What’s Included When You Sign Up?

New Member Home Inspection

Our relationship begins with a comprehensive inspection to understand the unique nuances of your home. Roofing, windows, appliances, electrical, HVAC and plumbing will all be checked, as well as other items based on your situation. We'll get familiar with your home, catalog it in our software, and proactively maintain, make repairs, and adjust or replace items when needed.

What’s Included Each Month?

Member Requests

Hourly Honey-Do chores each month.

For example:

  • Hang pictures

  • Change light bulbs

  • Maintain smoke alarms

  • Move furniture

  • Grill cleaning

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Window washing

  • Seasonal home prep

  • Baby proofing

  • Puppy proofing

Home Inspection

We will begin with monthly and seasonal checklists.

A few of the items we'll inspect are:

  • HVAC filters, water heater, and garage door inspected

  • Plumbing checked for leaks; seals and caulking inspected

  • Electrical outlets, GFCIs, and safety devices tested

  • Doors, locks, and windows checked for proper operation

  • Signs of pest or moisture intrusion noted

  • Roof, gutters, and drainage cleared and inspected

  • Doors, siding, trim, and foundation checked for wear or damage

  • Outdoor plumbing and irrigation checked

  • Seasonal system checks

Additional Services

Your property manager will be available to perform or manage tasks such as:

  • Heating and cooling HVAC contracting

  • Duct cleaning

  • Lawn, landscaping, and snow removal coordination

  • Holiday decorations

  • Whole home deep cleaning

  • Replace fixtures (lights and plumbing)

  • Audio/ Video installation

  • Painting

  • Remodeling

  • Homeowner representation
