Our relationship begins with a comprehensive assessment to get to know your home and establish its maintenance needs. We’ll review key areas, systems, and components throughout the home, including windows, appliances, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, document important information, and identify visible maintenance items that may need attention. We’ll use this information to build your personalized home maintenance plan.
