You don't need a membership to work with us. We're happy to help on a one-time or as-needed basis.
That said, members get a few real perks. Since we visit their homes regularly, we know the property well, which lets us work faster and price accordingly. They also get priority scheduling.
If you find yourself calling us often, membership might be worth a look. Either way, we're glad you reached out.

Your Property Manager is a full-time team member, not a contractor or gig worker. We maintain an exceptionally high hiring bar, and only a small fraction of applicants make it through, each passing a background check, hands-on skills assessment, and evaluation for professionalism and communication.
Our Property Managers bring years of experience, take pride in their work, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with homeowners. Ongoing training keeps them sharp, so you can trust you're getting the best in the business.

Your Property Manager is your dedicated professional for keeping your home in peak condition. Seasoned in home maintenance and handyman work, they can tackle almost anything on your list, from changing light fixtures and hanging artwork to fixing a noisy toilet. Coverage spans installation, assembly, carpentry, patch and paint, and minor electrical and plumbing work.
Think of them as a trusted partner who gets to know your home inside and out, tracking its needs and flagging issues before they become costly problems.
Unlike a contractor you call once and never see again, your Property Manager is a full-time team member, vetted and trained to deliver consistent, high-quality service visit after visit. They'll build a personalized home care plan for your property and work with our support team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
When a job calls for a licensed specialist, we're always upfront and bring in a trusted vendor from our vetted partner network. Your safety and your home's integrity come first.
