Meet Our Founder
Hi, I'm Luke Walker, founder of Lark Home Services.
My passion for home maintenance started long before Lark. Since I was a kid, I've enjoyed helping family, friends, and neighbors with home projects, repairs, and maintenance. That passion eventually led me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and become a licensed and insured General Contractor.
Over the years, I realized that many homeowners don't need someone to show up only after something breaks. They need a trusted professional who can help them stay ahead of maintenance, identify potential issues early, and provide honest guidance when projects arise.
That's why I founded Lark Home Services.
My goal is simple: to give every member the confidence of knowing they have someone they can trust to help care for one of their biggest investments. Whether we're completing preventative maintenance, coordinating trusted specialists, or simply answering questions along the way, we're committed to making homeownership easier, one home at a time.
